We're working with an amazing online Job-Matching platform that uses ML & AI at the core of their products to automatically match candidates to jobs that are, well, perfect for them!
At the core of this is two different software teams, this one (the one one you're in-charge of) is the Applicant flow side of things. It's really focused on how the candidate can apply for jobs, how their profile is managed, what kind of CRM messages they are getting and how to increase the attraction, engagement & retention throughout the recruitment process – so it's not an easy job.

Tech Stack and your skills:
– Technical Leadership experience
– Prior experience coaching & mentoring engineers
– Building scalable, fault tolerate systems
– On AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (not anything legacy).
