Data Engineer – Python, Java, Scala, AWS – Amsterdam
Our client is empowering businesses with building and implementing large, highly scalable data foundations. They are heavily focused on helping clients utilise Big Data Technology to come up with innovative Data and Datalake solutions. They are also working to develop a product in house within the Datalake area, which they hope will become the core product of the company.
Ideal Candidate:
– A senior profile within Data / Software Engineering.
– Previous experience working hands on with Python or Java, knowledge of Scala would be a bonus.
– Real passion for hands on development of data engineering projects.
– Software Engineering background is a bonus – knowledge of fundamental software engineering principles.
– Knowledge of AWS tools and principles are a bonus for this position.
– Previous experience working in a client facing role will be beneficial but not essential.
– Fluent English required
