Customer Success Manager – Amsterdam
A key client of ours is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing company. This company is heavily focused on building ML & AI based forecasting and optimization models to help their clients transition towards a Green Energy future. They have been heavily focused on building out their technical teams but they are now looking to ensure that the commercial side of the business scales in line with the rest of the company and they are now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.
They are looking for an individual that thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and excited by the opportunity to join a company that is working towards a cleaner energy future. Some of your key tasks will be working with clients over the entire customer journey and ensuring the customer success by managing and building strong relationships. You will be focused on identifying and improving customer-orientated process that will allow the company to become more scalable.
What we are looking for?
- 2+ years’ experience in medium to large enterprise B2B business development
- Experience in Technical Project Management
- Relevant education or professional experience in energy markets
- Commercial experience in SaaS scale-ups
